Job Vacancy: Production Manager (Engineer) – M/F/X
Location: Dobrozień (Opole region), Poland | Full-time | Permanent contract

PNV Wood is looking for a Production Manager with a technical background and a hands-on mentality to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities at the Dobrozień site

Manage and coordinate team leaders and production workers

Ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery

Initiate and implement improvement projects in process flow, layout, machinery, and team organization

Work closely with departments such as planning, engineering, and logistics

Report directly to senior management

Your profile:
Master’s degree in engineering (preferably in production, mechanical, or wood technology)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment or equivalent through experience.

Strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and a results-driven mindset

Good command of English – essential for internal & external communication
