On November 30, 2018, the European Timber Industry Association CEI Bois organized a seminar in Lisbon on the future of the wood industry in Europe. The 70 participants came from European associations and companies in the wood industry. The organizers were CEI Bois, as the European umbrella organization for the wood industry, the European Association of Engineered Wood Manufacturers EPF and the European Workers' Federation of the Wood Industry EFBWW.
