Germany-based insulation materials producer STEICO SE reported stronger-than-expected operating earnings for the 2025 financial year, according to preliminary and unaudited figures released on Monday.
The company said it generated revenues of €382.9 million in 2025, while earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) reached €35.9 million, calculated in accordance with German GAAP (HGB). This represents an EBIT margin of 9.4%, exceeding the upper end of the company’s previous earnings guidance.
STEICO had earlier forecast revenues in a range of €380 million to €388 million and EBIT of approximately €30 million to €35 million for the year. While revenue came in broadly in line with expectations, operating profit surpassed the guidance corridor.
The company did not provide further details on cost developments or market conditions in the preliminary release. STEICO operates primarily in the production of wood fibre insulation materials and construction elements, supplying markets across Europe, with a focus on energy-efficient and sustainable building solutions.
STEICO said the full, audited financial statements for 2025 are expected to be published in the second half of April, together with the annual report.
