The Madison’s Lumber Prices Index for the week ending April 24, 2026, stood at US$524 per thousand board feet (mfbm), showing little movement compared to the previous period.

On a weekly basis, the index edged up by $1, or 0%, from US$523, indicating a largely stable pricing environment. Over a longer horizon, prices recorded a modest increase of $6, or +1%, compared to US$518 one month earlier.

The narrow range of movement suggests that the market remains balanced, with no significant upward or downward pressure visible in the short term.
