Established wood merchant looking for investors |
A successfully operating Brazilian wood merchant is looking for potential investors. The well established family-owned company with a four-figure client list of wholesale customers throughout Brazil and 50 local sawmills as active supply partners is in search of monetary backing after improper management practices by external consultants.
Founded in 1992, Líder Madeiras began its activities in the city of Araçatuba (São Paulo) and is now flourishing on 18.000 m2 of land with a potential monthly revenue of 10 million BRL (aproximately 1,8 million USD). The current portfolio consists of a divers variety of wood products made from Pine and Eucalyptus among others. The current manager, Anderson Enside, is offering a fruitful partnership in which he will use his expertise and network to grow the company even further.
“I have grown this business together with my father since I was 11 years old. And I grew with it while working in every part of the process from timber harvesting, processing and carpentry to logistics, as well as accounting and marketing. So I know every step in the chain and now am looking for a partner to put my well-thought-out business plan into action.” - Anderson Enside
