The price of wood pellets in Germany remains stable and therefore low in July 2024. On average, a tonne of the fuel costs €280.99. Since the previous month, the price has fallen by 0.5%, as reported by the German Pellet Institute.

In July 2024, the pellet price shows the following regional differences (for a purchase quantity of 6 tonnes): In southern Germany, the price is €275.51/t, followed by central Germany with an average price of €279.91/t. In northern and eastern Germany, the price per tonne is €296.88.

Larger quantities (26 t) will be traded in July 2024 at the following conditions: South: €260.54/t, Center: €263.21/t and North/East: €281.42/t.
