Our Services and Scope of Work: # We specialize in the construction of high-density tropical hardwood structures, creating unique homes, pavilions, and exclusive architectural projects. We offer custom design and production based on the client’s vision. Each component is assembled using traditional Japanese carpentry techniques applied to the home’s structural elements, ensuring exceptional dimensional precision, maximum accuracy, and superior durability. To achieve this, we operate our own facilities, including a 1,600 m² open-plan workshop on the island of Bali, where we carry out the complete fabrication of high-quality tropical hardwood structures. We are not manufacturers of industrially prefabricated houses. ## The design and development of our interior design products are carried out in our own cooperatives dedicated to artisanal production and manufacturing. • Indoor and outdoor furniture (in/out) with Asian luxury style and all its variations. Production Capacity We have a production capacity of between 2 and 4 containers per month, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery for each of our projects. Export & Logistics We hold an official export license from the Government of Indonesia, allowing us to provide door-to-door shipping worldwide for all products manufactured in our facilities in Bali.
