Description LuxScan Technologies is a world-wide leader in the design, development and installation of industrial scanners for automation in the timber industry. Our company, based in Luxemburg, is part of the WEINIG group. WEINIG is a German company, producing machines and systems for solid wood and panel production.
Luxscan is looking for a talented, skilled and motivated Regional Sales Manager, to be hired on a full time and permanent contract. You will be primarily responsible of German / Austrian market.

Responsibilities:
To sell equipment –industrial scanners - and services
- Sales prospection within a given area, in agreement with the Managing director(s) or the Sales director
- Collect and validate customer requests
- Writing offers
- Follow up of customers and projects
- Assist dealer and agents
- Participate to fair
- Organize presentations such as « powerpoint » for the sales network
- Make sales folders
- Train agents or dealers, if needed train customers
- Ensuring the final delivery meets the agreed customer requirement
- Coordinating the efforts of the Weinig team and third-party contractors


Education and experience:
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, Sales, Business administration
- A proven sales experience in an international environment
- German native speaker. Good oral and written communication in English.
- Any other European language is considered as an asset
- Ensure professional control of high-pressure situations
- Excellent Communication Skills towards the project execution team as well as the customer

Job location The job is based in Luxemburg, but requires regular travelling
