Function
These kilns dry every kind of wood, with thickness from 5mm to beams, and dry green timber (or aired material) till the 8%, in a totally automatic cycle.

Productivity
Minimum capacity of 30m3 net per cycle, till 400m3, with a front-loading forklift.
Dryers are tailored on clients’ needs.

Mechanics
TDK line is designed for the outdoor installation, despite weather conditions.
The structure is totally made of aluminum, worked with Numerical Control Machines (CNC) and standardized in order to withstand a snow load of more than 250 kg/m2 and winds of more than 150 km/h.
Screws and bolts are made of stainless steel.
The interior walls are made of aluminum with a thickness of 15/10 mm, assembled on installation site and siliconized together.
The inner insulation is in rock wool with a minimum thickness of 100 mm, while the exterior of the cladding is realized in aluminum with a special anti-oxidation treatment.

Heating system
TDK dryers are equipped with stainless steel and extruded aluminum heat exchangers, with stainless steel distribution system, a standardized thickness of 25/10 mm and a special temperature uniformity system.
Exchangers, welded in robotized cell and all tested to 50 bar, can be powered by water, steam or diathermic oil. In the case of gas supply TDK installations are equipped with air-air radiating beams in stainless steel.

Equipment
The ventilation fan is reversible and made of stainless steel and aluminum, with high pressure and capacity.
Air circulation system with anti-shock proportional opening.
High pressure humidification system to spray water and BASCHILD ZOOM control system with customized drying programs and remote control.
