The rounding machine is fabricated to the design principle from former Oswald company. They are built in a modular concept and will be delivered in different sizes – model series – and different configuration. The rounding machine is available as single head and double head machine. Depending on the number of heads the feeding speed is up to 35 m/min. With the smallest up to the biggest machine a production range from 30 to 400 mm is possible.

RM 30 – 120, RM 40 – 160, RM 80 – 200, RM 100 – 300, RM 160 – 350, RM 160 – 400

The rounding machines have some innovation. All rollers are seperatly opened and closed by pneumatic ventils. There is a central operator panel and pressure controller. The engines will be started by soft starter. As an option a automatic speed control depending on the size of the off cut is available. All doors gave a swich to be securly locked. This insures a save operation of the rounding machine.
