The product is a wooden I-beam used in temporary formwork systems for reinforced concrete construction. It comes in various specifications and dimensions, such as 80*200MM, 80*160MM, 80*240MM, etc. The 80*200MM size is the primary specification, internationally known as the H20 BEAM. Lengths generally range from 1 meter to 6 meters.
Its main purpose is to serve as a temporary support for wooden formwork before concrete casting, primarily used in roads, bridges, and high-rise buildings. Another similar product used for permanent structural applications in wooden frame houses is generally called an I-JOIST. While structurally similar, their usage big different, have different structural nuances, and are subject to vastly different performance requirements, which will be detailed separately.

Seamless Long Webs: We possess a 7.6-meter long press for producing LVL or pine plywood, ensuring that for H20 BEAMs up to 7.5 meters, our web is a single, finger-joint-free piece, resulting in higher strength.
High-Strength Materials: We use pinewood with longer, coarser fibers (specifically high-strength Masson Pine and Spruce) for our LVL/plywood, requiring it to meet the F17 standard and a product density of 780 kg/m³. This offers higher strength compared to webs made from Eucalyptus, Birch plywood, 3-ply board, or sawn timber.
Enhanced Stability: We use LVL to improve product stability, preventing deformation during long-term use.
Superior Water Resistance: We use Dynea phenolic resin glue in our LVL/plywood production, ensuring excellent waterproof performance.
Consequently, our products hold significant performance advantages in strength and stability over many competitors, particularly some factories in Northern China.
