The product line BASCHILD TDK includes conventional wood drying kilns.
The TDK kilns dry all types of wood, from a thickness of 5 mm till beams, from green timber (or aired material) till 8% of moisture.
The capacity of each kiln goes from 30 m3 to 400 m3 net per cycle.
All drying kilns are custom designed according to the specific needs and the wood to be treated.
Timber is loaded frontally by a forklift.
Alternatively you can require a drying kiln with tunnel loading.
The software BASCHILD ZOOM makes the drying process fully automatic.
Drying kilns are installed outdoors by specialized technicians, in any weather condition.

Technical features
aluminium alloy structure, wrought by using Numerical Control Machines (CNC) and standardized to withstand a snow load of more than 250 kg/m2 and winds of more than 150 km/h;
interior walls in aluminium with a thickness of 15/10 mm, assembled on the installation site and siliconized together;
inner insulation in rock wool with a minimum thickness of 100 mm;
exterior cladding in aluminium with a special anti-oxidation treatment;
screws and bolts in stainless steel;
stainless steel and extruded aluminium heat exchangers;
stainless steel distribution system with the standardized thickness of 25/10 mm;
special temperature uniformity system;
exchangers, welded in robotized cell and tested at 50 bar, can be powered by water, steam or diathermic oil;
in case of gas feeding, air-air radiating beams in stainless steel;
reversible, high pressure and high capacity ventilation, with fans made of stainless steel;
air recirculation system with anti-shock proportional opening;
high pressure humidification system to spray water;
heat recovery system made on design to reduce heat consumption.
