The BASCHILD DVK-D steaming chambers directly vaporize the wood thanks to the steam introduced into the kiln from the outside, through the duct system.
The steam, produced by the power generator outside, is introduced by a perforated stainless steel tubing, through which it can dissolve within the chamber.
Once condensed, the water is drained off through special ducts, placed inside the kiln foundations.
The DVK-D steaming chambers vaporize tables and trunks, loaded by forklift, in a completely automatic cycle, thanks to the controller BASCHILD ZOOM, and can be powered by low pressure wet steam.
The kiln capacity is in the range of 20 m3 – 200 m3 net per cycle.
Each steaming chamber is specially-made.

Technical features
aluminum interior walls, with a thickness of 15/10 mm, assembled on the installation site and siliconized together;
rock wool inner insulation, with a minimum thickness of 100 mm;
aluminum cladding exterior, with a special anti-oxidation treatment;
OXI-VENT over-pressure system to ensure steam homogeneity inside the kiln.
