SIF/SLF Band Saw Headrig – Cast iron frame with solid flywheels Ø 1600 mm (SIF) or Ø 1800 mm (SLF), supported on both sides. Top flywheel support on zero-clearance roller guides for quick response to blade tension changes. Blade guide on ball guides with hydraulic double-cylinder push, hydraulic blade tensioning and protection. Fully enclosed machine with adjustments possible with closed guards. Options: slab conveyor mat, simultaneous electric tilting of flywheels, blade cleaning sprayer.
