| Southern Germany: Three-year contract for panel industry logs at 60 €/t |

| The state-owned forest administration of Baden-Wuerttemberg and the wood-based panel producer Egger agreed upon a 3-year contract for roundwood deliveries. The state-owned forest administration will supply 10,000 tons of pulpwood (absolute dry) per year during 2009-2011. The price for all species is 60 €/t free alongside forest road.
