  Germany: windows and doors are expected to slightly grow in 2013

  During 2012, the sales of windows in Germany were up by 2.6% as compared with the previous year, reaching 13.2 million window units (1 w.u. = 1.69 m², conventional measure).   US housing starts fall by 16,5% in April

  The US Census Bureau announced that the privately-owned housing starts in April were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 853,000 units.
