Compared with the previous month, this is a seasonal slight increase of 1.4 percent. Thus a kilowatt hour of heat from pellets costs 4.81 cents, a kilogram of the small pellets are 0.24 EUR. This means that heating with pellets is currently 44 percent cheaper than heating with oil and about 30 percent cheaper compared to domestic gas.
