Glulam Producers Expect Higher Prices
At the trade fair Bau in Munich glulam producers showed a cautious reliance in rising glulam prices. By the middle of February prices could increase by up to € 15/m³, they expect. Currently, dealers are filling their stocks. The broadening demand is not attributed to the rising steel price, but to a backlog in construction of industrial buildings.
