Busnelli acquisisce il marchio Acam

A un anno dall'acquisto dello storico marchio Busnelli, il fondo Omnia continua il percorso di consolidamento ed acquisisce ACAM di Macherio, azienda che produce divani e poltrone per il segmento medio alto del mercato. Regista dell'operazione è stato il Gruppo Industriale Busnelli, attraverso la sua controllante Finmisinto, a sua volta posseduta al 100% dal fondo Omnia.
